The Muddy Buddies and Mini Muddy Buddies and Mini Muddy Buddy Chaperons (the dads) hit up Pedernales Falls after our race. It felt good to rest our tired "dogs" in the water.
Of course, before too long,we abandoned our relaxing foot soaks and took the big kids on a semi-treacherous hike through the creek beds.
It was the perfect ending to a great day.
